Course Objectives

By the end of Elev8 Assessor Training, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the purpose and value of ADCs and competency-based behavioral assessment.
  • Apply structured methods (ORCE) to observe and accurately record behavioral evidence.
  • Distinguish between objective observation and subjective interpretation to maintain assessment integrity.
  • Use Elev8's digital platform to enter observations, analyze behavioral patterns and support report generation.
  • Contribute effectively to assessor wash-up discussions using evidence-based reasoning.
  • Produce structured, defensible assessor reports integrating evidence from simulations and other assessment methods.

Through three full behavioral simulations, participants gain mastery in real-time observation and evaluation under structured ADC conditions.

Mandatory pre-course reading (ORCE overview, competency framework, bias mitigation guidance) is provided upon registration. Participants are expected to have prior training in psychometrics, such as BPS Test User: Occupational Ability and Personality certification, or an equivalent qualification.

Certification

Certification & Evaluation

To be certified as an Elev8 Certified Assessment & Development Center Assessor, participants must:

  • Attend the full program
  • Complete all simulations
  • Participate in wash-ups
  • Submit a short written report
  • Pass a 30-minute multiple-choice knowledge test (75% minimum)
  • Demonstrate professional conduct aligned with Elev8 policies

Certification decisions follow standardized evaluation and integrity procedures. Certificates are issued within 15 business days and successful participants are added to the Elev8 Approved Assessor list.

Fees & Registration

The Elev8 Assessor Training (EAT) program fee is USD 2,500 per participant.

The fee includes:

Full participation in the 3-day training program

Certification processing upon successful completion

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend, participants may reschedule to a future intake or transfer their place to another colleague.

For cancellations close to the course start date, the following administrative charges may apply due to preparation and resource commitments:

Administrative Charges

15 working days before the course: 25% administrative fee

10 working days before the course: 50% administrative fee

3 working days or less: full course fee may apply

Full cancellation terms are provided during registration.
